Tribal Belly Dance: The Sacred Body Format In this workshop Acushla will give a brief introduction into the history of Tribal Style belly dance followed by clear instruction on the key muscle groups used to present the classic Tribal Posture. A creative combination will be taught from Acushla's own Sacred Body tribal format which is a fusion of Traditional belly dance, Flamenco, Indian dance with a hint of contemporary aesthetics! Learn the subtlies of cues and transitions which create the magic of improvisation that distinguishes this exotic dance form from others. Be prepared for intense muscle isolations and a strong yet graceful execution of the body!
